Dana Kelly-Geiger
Revolt HR was founded with a bold vision: to revolutionize the way businesses manage their most valuable asset—their people. With over 20 years of experience in the temporary staffing and payroll industry, Dana Geiger recognized a growing need for businesses to have a trusted partner who could not only handle payroll and HR compliance but also improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Drawing from her extensive background working with industry giants like Adecco and Kelly Services, as well as privately owned startups, Dana saw firsthand the challenges businesses faced in managing payroll, compliance, and HR processes. She knew that companies, especially small and medium-sized businesses, needed customized, efficient, and people-focused solutions to thrive.
With this passion for helping businesses succeed, Dana launched Revolt HR. The company was built on the principles of integrity, innovation, and client success, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including payroll processing, HR administration, tax compliance, temporary staffing solutions, benefits administration, and workers' compensation management.
One of Revolt HR’s most significant achievements has been its work with Revolt Healthcare Alliance, where the company successfully recruited over 600 agents nationwide while providing HR consulting, onboarding, payroll, tax compliance, licensing, and entity registration services.
