Revolt HR was born from a bold belief: HR should serve people—not paperwork.

After more than 20 years in payroll, staffing, and compliance, our founder, Dana Kelly-Geiger, saw a pattern: businesses were drowning in process but starving for people strategy. From industry giants like Adecco and Kelly Services to lean startups, the same issues kept surfacing—disengaged teams, broken onboarding, compliance chaos, and culture as an afterthought.

Dana knew there had to be a better way.

So she built one.
